We offer a flat rate shipping policy to retail customers as follows
**UPS Ground: $8.95* (**Excluding Alaska and Hawaii for UPS shipping method)
USPS Priority: $7.00*
Unfortunately we had to increase our USPS shipping rates due to the
May 14, 2007 USPS shipping rate increase.
The increase didn't affect shipping a 1-2 pound box by the mere 2 cents that it did on a stamp but
rather $2 plus!
We find that on average orders weigh over 2 pounds (starting at $8.25 USPS shipping!). To be fair
to those orders that are perhaps less than 2 pounds, we have decided on a flat rate charge of
$7.00. We are trying it this way in hopes that we can continue to "eat" the extra expense for our
valued customers. We try our best to keep shipping charges at the lowest possible cost to you.
We ship via Priority mail because it is actually more expensive or against USPS policy to ship our
products first class, media mail and parcel post.
If you are in need of Express shipping, we will charge the actual shipping that the post office or
UPS charges us. Please contact us for more information.
Wholesale customers will be charged actual shipping that USPS or UPS charges us.
If you find a higher amount being charged for shipping at check out, PLEASE contact us by email or
phone. (admin@seaglasscandles.com or 207-669-4108) We will be happy to take your order at
that time OR we will contact you ASAP when the problem has been corrected so that you may
order online!

Our products are made to order. We make our products "fresh" for each order we receive. We do

Please note that the soaps are made and shipped (via US Mail) from our partner Sea By Me
Candles, Florida, USA.
If you are ordering both candles and soaps, please expect two separate shipments. However,
